Hello everyone

I want to ask you to help me to run simulation in ns-2. It's very important for me.

I have got source code
I have got ns-2.1b9a version installed

Then I did everything according instructions :
- MMAC is implemented on ns-2.1b9a version
- put ns-mmac.tar in folder ns-2.1b9a
- tar xvf ns-mmac.tar
- make (maybe you want to do "make clean" to rebuild all)
- ./ns mmac-test.tcl to test it out.

But however when I do compilation "make" then error occurs and the simulation doesn't work for me.

No, but we could try to help you with the error, if you bothered to tell us what error(s) you're getting. Even if we installed that on our systems, they may not be the same as yours, and we won't get ANY errors, or a different one. Asking us to run something is pointless...tell us what error(s) you're getting, on what version/distro of Linux, and we can try to help. Otherwise, there's little we can do.

after compilation "make" error occurs

The original ns-allinone-2.1b9a compiled with gcc-2.95 / g++-2.95 only.
The "gcc patched" ns-allinone-2.1b9a-gcc32.tar.gz : gcc / g++ version 3.3.6 .

May be the ns-mmac patch is too old to work with g++-3.3.6 ?

Which version of g++ are you using ?
