Not a single unbuggy program to increase subtitle size?

Hi

I was windows user, and discover linux. I have very big screen and would like to increase the subtitle size to see something. Is there a working program to increase subtitle size in Linux? why they are all so buggy to this point?

what players have you tried? you can increase subtitle size in the preferences of some apps. i know you can in xine, at least. not sure about gmplayer, but i'd imagine it must be possible there, too, if it's possible in xine.

I'm almost certain that kaffeine can do this as it uses xine ...

yeah, you can increase the font size in totem, too. you just have to look around more i guess, just like you would in windows. it's pretty self-explanatory.
