No "$ tree" command?

I recently installed RH Fedora 2 onto my lab top. Most things seem to be working right, except when I try to use the "tree" command, I get a error. Is there no tree command in Fedora, or am I missing one? If so, where and how can I get it?

Okay, I have it in my /home but I try to use rpm -i and it says that it can't create a transaction lock. Im a newbie, so I still don't know some of this stuff.
