nmap script to list contiguous ip blocks available?

I don't have anything written yet. Does anyone have a spare script lying around to use nmap to politely list the contiguous available ips on a subnet?

Output Something like

Code:
range: 192.168.1.14-21 available
singl: 192.168.1.23 available
range: 192.168.1.25-29 available

Nmap doesn't care about IP ranges being contiguous or not. You'll prolly have to script your own NSE if you want that or use another tool.
