Nex Gen Media Server for live video streaming

I'm using NGMS Lite from to stream a webcam feed to an iPhone and android phone. Does anyone have experience using the full NGMS version which supports encoding the stream to multiple bitrates. I would like to offer different bitrates depending on the available bandwidth.
