EDIT:
I just remember! You got Mandrake 10?
In this case any windows disk should allready be mounted.
Take a look at the directory /mnt/
There should be some subfolders like "windows", or "win_c" and so on.
If not, read the text below. ;-)
-------------------------------------------------------------
Depending on what filesystem your windows partitions have there are several ways to get access to them.
Just try to mount them:
You have to know where this windows disks / partitions are placed,
my windows partition for example is at /dev/hda1
When you know this, you can try to mount any of them.
First you have to create a directory where the disk can be found later.
Open a terminal (for example Xterm) and type following (excluding #):
# mkdir /mnt/win_c
For example. After this you can try to mount, for example an NTFS parition on /dev/hda2:
# mount -t NTFS /dev/hda2 /mnt/win_c
Now you should be able to change into the directory /mnt/win_c:
# cd /mnt/win_c
And there you go, you should have at least read access to your windows disk now.
All this has to be made as root user.
This way you have to do this everytime (after a
reboot) you want to access windows.
