Need Linux Groupware Suggestion

Is there a good way to have Outlook on a Windows computer sync with Kontact (KDE) on a Debian Linux box? I have Debian Linux on a laptop and a Windows Server running and I need the appointment and contact information and stuff to be able to sync to and from each other.

I have heard of such solutions in Kolab and eGroupware, but cannot seem to find a way to install them without having RPM.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

There's always the tarballs?

Of course you can convert the rpm packages into deb packages using alien http://packages.debian.org/stable/admin/alien

Open Exchange http://www.novell.com/products/openexchange/ will run under debian http://gpl.netixia.com/openxchange/o...rge-howto.html
