Need help regarding Linux Multinode Cluster

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project with my friend to create and manager multi-node Load Balance cluster.

We are using Redhat Server 6 and we basically want to combine 3 nodes resources for computation purpose.

We have searched different options and finally decide to use Conga or VMware VSphere.

I have two questions to ask
1. Can we use VMWare VSphere for multi-node Load Balance clustering purpose.
2. Is there any other option than Conga for Linux Software Base multi-node Load Balance clustering purpose?

Thank you in advance!

VMware Vsphere will let you create virtual machines. Those machines have ZERO to do with clustering, unless you configure them to BE a cluster.

Possibly, but in an RHEL environment, it's the best option.

Further, since you and your 'friend' are working on this, you are aware that neither Vsphere or RHEL 6 are FREE, right??? You have to PAY FOR BOTH OF THEM, so if you have questions, you are entitled to call support for those commercial produts. The Red Hat knowledgebase has much:
