Need a cd writer program that can....

Burn mpg and avi files to SVCD. I have tested a program called arson, that didnt work cause im not using KDE, im using gnome/fluxbox. So, i need a program that works on all windowmanagers, or at least gnome/fluxbox.

k3b has vcd creation, and you could also checkout vcdimager

Ive tested vcdimager with GUI "qvcd", but when i try to burn, i get this message:

ERROR: Cannot open toc file '/videocd.cue' for reading: No such file or directory

k3b was for kde, so i couldnt install it

K3B works in slackware running gnome, just compile it from source.
