Does anyone know if instead of for service configurations where you have the contact_groups parameter, if instead you can use something like contact_name (or what ever the parameter might be) ie why if i want to send notifications to a single user do i have to go and create the user in the contacts.cfg and then create a group with that one user in the group in contactgroups.cfg. Or when i have a contact group and i want to add a user to it but i've used that same group in other places already which i don't want that user to see, then i've got to go and create yet another group instead of providing simply a group name and then some contact names for simplicity?


I find this is very annoying and far simpler if i can do both, then it would be possible to cut down hugely on the number of contact groups that could be required.
