Hi all, i have a modules question regarding apache and mysql.
There is this system at work which is running a mysql server and apache with php.
But the mysql doesnt work together with with apache and php. I later noticed that mysql was installed and set to active work in the system before the completion of apache and php so there isnt a module compiled for mysql to work with apache.
I was now wondering if anybody has a tip or a clue on how to get mysql to work with php and if there is a way to do this without recompiling mysql. Is there a way to just get a mod_mysql.so someway?
I'm sorry for my bad english but i hope you'll understand my anyway.
yeah i do understand that php support mySQL thats why im asking maybe someone know how can i re compile the PHP to support the MYSQL coz upon installing it form package as RPM there is no specificatoins of mySQL such us --with-mysql='path' is just directlky point to '--with-mysql=shared,/usr' so i guess there is no way for you to find out that mysql is not defined properly
