mv is producing an warning for every moved file


mv is producing an warning for every moved file please help

mv: setting permissions for `/home/cm/chronos/ea5.1/Linux_prodBuild/src/logs/ea_objectsincmenv.txt': Invalid argument

What is the exact command your running? And do you have proper permissions to move to new location? More details get better replies.

Not sure what your trying to do either, however, if your refering to the confirmation for moving then use:

mv -f <file>
