Question Mutt not working


Hi , im trying to get my mutt working and it says email sent but message does not get to destination address. All i want is to send mail from this box
OS is
root@localhost ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.4 (Tikanga)


heres my basic .muttrc file

set folder=~/Mail

folder-hook . "my_hdr From: <xyz@mail.com>"

set smtp_url="smtp://internal mail server ip address"

set smtp_url=smtp://internal mail server ip address:Port_Number

Port number is usually 25.
