Music Media programs /Like Musicmatch Jkbox
Hello fellow stubborn LinuX heads.
I was wondering , is there a Music /Audio recording program for Linux (Suse 8.2 & up) that functions Exactly like MusicMatch Jukebox ????
I use MMjkbox on my XP tower & am pleased with results. In MP3 form & wav.
I archive my old Cassetes this way , & I would like to use my LinuX box for same purpose.
Thank you ,, chilibowl

Your question requires knowledge of MMJBox, which I assume runs only on Windows. Maybe you ought to explain what features you are looking for and people, who don't necessarily know Windows (I've never heard of MMJBox) might give you some suggestions.
Do you mean something like amarok, for example?
cheers,
jdk

Music Match Juke box
Music Match Juke box is a Common Program , for media archiving & mp3 ripping.
I guess you lInux -Unix heads are so constipated with your Backwards slow tedious way of doing things that you never use Windows or Mac .
I tried amaroke & it sucks ,so tedious & arcane. I could not find a app in it that could even record a external WaV file.
I hope Audacity is better ,but I doubt it.
Only music Application on Linux that is OK is K3B ,for great CD copies.
adios ,chilibowl
