Question Multiple Linux Distros on One System

I currently have SuSE 9.0 Pro on my system. And I've wanted to try RedHat and some other distros without wiping the HDD everytime, is there a way that I can install multiple Distros like RedHat and Slackware on my one HDD and be able to switch between them? I still AM a beginner, so please KISS, if at all possible.

yeah, you can create several partitions on your hard drive for different distros...

then you configure your bootloader (usually lilo or grub) to let you select the operating system you wanna boot when you start the computer... you can have several different systems on one pc... linux, xbsd unix, windows, etc...

You only need to create one swap partition which can be used by all the distributions
