Mozilla 1.5+ -- add-ons

Im not sure where to ask this question (over at mozilla dev) and perhaps we have some Mozilla developers here on...

My question is; Will Mozilla 'Chatzilla' and 'Composer' still be in the works? I know that each piece will be packaged seperatly starting 1.5

Composer is my favorite page editing application, as it offers just the right amount of WYSIWYG to keep things logical but also with some freedom to move around (visually).
