[SOLVED] mjpg-streamer installation issue

Hi there, I am currently running Ubuntu 11.04 and I am trying to install mjpg-streamer. I downloaded it from here and after using Ubuntu's Software Center to try and install I get the following error

Code:

dpkg: error processing /home/brendan/Desktop/mjpg-streamer_r94-1_i386.deb (--install):

 parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/control' near line 7 package 'mjpg-streamer':

 error in Version string 'r94-1': version number does not start with digit

anyone know how to fix this?
