Menu edit in XFCE4

How can I put a Logout/Shutdown button on the first desktop right-click menu?
I notice Sidux have modified their XFCE4 menu like this.

Edit: Debian Testing

Which one XFCE4? 4.4.3 or 4.6.x - they are different.

Hi.

I do not use 4.6.x - this is unstable beta release. I use 4.4.3.

All menus config should be:
1. /etc/xdg/xfce
2. ~/.config/xfce

More information you can find on XFCE web forum.
