mDNSResponder (needed for kde 3.5.2)

Hi, i'm compiling KDEBase 3.5.2 and it says that i need mDNSResnpoder.
I've searched google and found source, but it hasn't got Configure file (so i could ./configure, make, make install that damn mDNSResponder)

Can you tell me what to do to compile newest KDE (3.5.2)? Do i have to install that mDNSResponder? And if yes, how to compile it?

If you don't need capabilities mDNSResnpoder provides, you can build kdebase without it ./configure --disable-dnssd. mDNSResnpoder build instructions are in mDNSPosix/ReadMe.txt

OK thx, but when i try to ./configure acl i get:

FATAL ERROR: attr/xattr.h does not exist.
Install the extended attributes (attr) development package.
Alternatively, run "make install-lib" from the attr source.

But the fact is, that I've compilied attr (./configure; make; make install and no errors)

What should I do ?
