Mail Merge for address labels in LibreOffice

I'm having some difficulty doing a mail merge for address labels in LibreOffice. I get my document with the field codes in it, but when I go to print it (or print to a file) it does nothing. Doesn't give any error messages or anything.

I've done it before from the same database without any trouble. Anyone know whats going on?
