i am a previous mac user and a linux worshiper but i still want mac software on my linux box or else all this software goes to waste like ilife so can any help me (i dont want an emulator and im useing a x86 box not ppc)
As far as I know there is no way to run iLife on Linux without doing it through PearPC. There is simply no way to run PPC code on an x86 without an emulator. I know iTunes will run in CrossOver Office... but the version that works is the x86 version for Windows, not the PPC (or x86 version for that matter) for MacOSX.

As I understand it, MAC OS X binaries are compiled for PPC processors. You can't even run a Linux/PPC binary compiled for an x86 processor; the processor simply won't understand the binary instructions.
At the very least, you will need a PPC emulator, such as PearPC. (Unless you can get versions of the software specifically compiled for Linux in the first place). Alternatively, you could get a Linux system based around a PPC processor instead; you may find something akin to the Wine project that will let you run OS X software on a native PPC processor.

Easy to install usually means binary software, so you're probably best off looking for a version of PearPC compiled for your Linux distro. Try www.rpmfind.net

I can't help you unless you say what exactly you tried, and what the effect was. What did you try to open? How did you open it? Did you get any error messages, or any other activity at all? Were any errors logged into /var/log/messages or /var/log/XFree86.0.log (or XOrg.0.log)?
