Lynx browser, alternate mail client for sending comments to website authors

Pertaining to Lynx text web browser. I'm using version 2.8.6dev.1, compiled from source.
Anybody know how to change the default mail client for sending comments to website authors? Send comment is invoked with the "c" key, which opens the standard lynx mailer, but I want to use Pine. Thanks.

A quick Google search came up with:
"Defaults are setable within userdefs.h"
So you might need to take a look in there then recompile. Also, have you tried the "options" (press o) screen while running Lynx?

Yeah, I did the Google search, too. Had already looked through the "userdefs.h" file and couldn't see anything. "o" in Lynx did no good, either. Thanks anyway.
