LVM and lvextend mirroring

Hello guys. It looks like Linux LVM does not have an option where you can mirror logical volumes to another physical disk, i am not talking about pvmove. On HPUX there is a command lvextend -m 1 /dev/volumegroup/logicalvolume. This command creates an identical copy of locial volume on another disk. From what i read there are some tools that can be used to mirror logical volume on the fly, what are they?

Thanks
