Question Looking for graphical password changing

Im looking for any gtk packages that might work in IceWM with a graphical interface for changing passwords, etc..
Users are not allowed to have terminal access.
Or if there is something I can import from gnome, kde, etc.
Any suggestions would be helpfull. Thanks!

userpasswd

Talking to a coworker I decided to call userpasswd if the expiration date on the current password is within say 7 days.
