Looking for good system monitor

I have been looking for a good, succinct, system monitor for my machine (F7, Gnome). I was perusing the XFCE website and came across the following screenshot. The screenshot includes what looks like a system monitor that may suffice for my desires. Now I'm wondering if anyone can tell what it is?

Monitor appears in upper-right taskbar.

It looks more like a sound mixer app to me.

XFCE plugins

There are several that will display CPU usage, memory usage, etc.
