It is the management of vehicles in real time, using geolocation satellite GPS (Global Positioning System), this kind of software allows a company to locate in real time its vehicles.
Metrowerks has something like that, but at £5k per unit, is probably not what you are looking for.
Do a search on google, but tbh there arent any free solutions that i know of. Maybe you could build something yourself, and in the end that might be the best way.
