I would vote Krusader all the way. It is twin pane for drag and drop ease, and tons of tied in features. For your tree view, simply hit "alt & down arrow key" together and a third window pops up to show your tree view. In my opinion it is the current best file browser, check out the manual, and decide for yourself.
