linux virtualization and windowsxp

Hi,
I'm running a Debian distro, and I have installed the vmware to run windows xp, because I have and aplication that only runs windows (yes I know I should change my aplication), and I need to install my copy of windows on vmware, and all that software. I have in another disk one copy of windows with that aplication. My question is the is any way to migrate to vmware or virtualbox, my windows xp instalation with all on it?
thanks

You should be able to do that with VMware's Converter,
Code:
