Linux Questions


Ok, im new to linux, so, is there any linux, that i could find, thats only 1 iso, no bigger than 800 megs that still has a gui, and is NOT a livecd linux? if so, gimme a url please!!!

there are pclinuxos , mepis , knoppix . yeah they are livecd but they have an option to install .

i am using pclinuxos now and its gr8

Get Debian! You can get the bare minimum on 50 mbs but then you have to install everything with apt-get install, but it's good becuase you get everything up-to date. I would say do that
