../libcharset/lib/localcharset.lo -shared -o libiconv_plug_linux.so

I get this error when I'm trying to config libiconv. I also updated the libbonobo packages (found 2 tgz on that page) and when i've tried to start gnome, gnome crashed. anyway.. i've downgrade it back the problem for the moment is i can't install libiconv. any sugestions? other lightweight browsert that support java and frames? thanks again
