libshout can't find Ogg Vorbis

Hello!

I think my pkgconfig is blind or something or i'm doing something wrong here.
Well, when i ./configure i get:

checking for libogg... not found
checking for libvorbis... not found
configure: error: requisite Ogg Vorbis library not found

I already had em installed...but just to be sure i reinstalled them, still nothing.
What can i do?

If you installed rpms then you need to install their development packages.
