I am sorry i didnt quite understand by what you said about the ownership.Should i have not created the files in /home/shantanu/
and if not then where should have i done that? and how should i get it to work to get the ownership or to get it working in my case??
(sorry little confused about this but thanks a lot for your patience)
Hi knudfl,
i think i might have rectified it.I tried chmod 777 leach_test and it did not show any error and i checked out the leach.err file in the directory leach_sims ,only problem is the error file shows me this
"line 37:ns command not found" and the leach.out is an empty which is pretty obvious i guess.I am trying to figure out what can now be done but if you do have any ideas please let me know.
