Launching a program as root without using the terminal

In order for me to use GTK Pod, I need to launch it as root, so I have write permission for my iPod. Is there a command I can use so when I click on the icon, and it will prompt me for a password, like administration tools do?

Code:
gksu gtkpod
However you'd probably be better off setting your permissions up properly so you can access the iPod as a user. I use gtkpod myself as a user no dramas at all.
