Konqueror crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV)

konqueror shuts down and gives me this error when I tried to register here and when I close some games
I registered here using netscape and logged on using konqueror just fine closed the window and received the error message
when I used the has this been asked button I received an error 400 bad request your browser sent a request that the server could not understand
the request line contained invalid characters following the protocol string
