kget - change download mirror 20% though D-load

hi, im downloading a different linux distro 680 megs througha 56k modem.
the first 15% went quite fast (5kbps), but not has slowed right down,
frequently stalling and on an average speed of about 1.5kbps.

the 20% ive got has taken many manhy hours, is there a way i can change the URL (to a mirror) but keep my 20% ????

Most likely not that I know of. I would suggest just to keep the download going as it could just be the server itself, more using the server, etc.

Rather than waste man hours which can be very costly just pick up the download cd's from one of the vendors on ebay or go to www.linuxcd.org. The 3 CD set is usually only $10 or so with shipping.

Better than having the phone tied up for 6-10 days

lol, i got 30% in 2 days. so i should be finished in a week my internet is free.
and it will prob be quicker that getting it shipped alll the way to england.
