Hello,
today I've tried to install KernelCare on Oracle Linux 6 (U9) unsuccessfully due to missing dependency librpm.so.3()(64bit) needed by kernelcare-2.22-1 package.
I switched to Oracle Linux 7.6 and installed KernelCare and registered my trial licence.
I updated the kernel:
This is Aleksandra with KernelCare.
Please submit your case to our Support Team on kernelcare website (I can not post a link here for some unknown reason) and they will help to sort it out in no time.

You *DID* post a link, then removed it, so please don't say you can't 'for some unknown reason'.
It's a commercial product...if HTop is paying for that product, they have support options available through that KernelCare website, without advertising the 'ticketing system' link here.

From William J. Stanton. Fundamentals of Marketing: "Advertising is a marketing communication that employs an openly sponsored, non-personal message to promote or sell a product, service or idea." None of this is about my message pointing the user to the support ticket system which will help him/her to sort out the issue.
@HTop, if you still need any help with this matter - please refer to our ticket system. Support people will be able to look into your case and help fast.

...and yet you post links to a commercial website (yours, apparently), against the forum rules of advertising, since you are then explicitly directing people to a COMMERCIAL SERVICE.
Since you apparently are keen on definitions, you should look up what defines spam, and think about what you're posting, where, and why.
