"Keep On Top" in GNOME/Ximian

Hi All,
Is there any such function called "Keep On Top" in GNOME/Ximian. Its rather easy to do this in KDE; I wonder if the GNOME developers simply forgot to put this essential function in?

Thankx in advance...
