KDE spectacle keybindings stop working on Fedora 32

Hello,
I experience weird issue with Spectacle app using KDE on Fedora 32. After fresh install, I can use default key bindings to take screenshots of active window or an area such as meta+printsc, meta+shift+printsc. However, after some time spectacle shortcuts stop working. Only the Print Screen key works to launch Spectacle, no other shortcuts.
I can not pinpoint any action of mine that would cause such behavior. I tried:
- resetting all KDE shortcuts
- removing spectaclerc from .config folder
- assigning other shortcuts than default
- reinstalling spectacle
- rebooting pc
What is more, if I assign a shortcut like meta+printsc to launch other app than spectacle, it works.
