1) How do you change cursors on KDE?

2) I don't know how to install the flash plugin for mozilla. Can someone help me?

[Yes, I already asked these questions, but I need you people to be more specific. In Peripals=>Mouse is ABSOLUTELY NO THING THAT SAYS CURSORS AT ALL!!!
And to install the flash plugin for Mozilla, I HAVE NOT A CLUE WHERE TO FIND THE PLUGINS THING FOR IT OR NOT A CLUE HOW TO INSTALL IT!!!!!!]

3) I need to know how to turn off just the sound that plays when a window (small, usually a notification or window with a choice like "player 1 wil start off first" in Kolf, and the one that says "Ximian Evoultion is now exiting" when you exit ximian.) appears or disappears because it is very annoying to me.

Sorry, but this is frustrating for me.

For the first question: on my kde in suse 9.1, there are 4 tabes in the mouse section on peripherals. the first being 'general', the second is 'cursor theme'.

Download the flash plugin. I think I got mine at mozilla.org (official site there are links there)
Close KDE (to the command line, CTRL-ALT-BackSpace)
Extract the installer with 'tar -zxvf (name of the tar file)' (without the ')
Go into the directory with 'cd (name of the newly created directory)' (again without ')
Run the command 'sh mozilla-installer'
Follow directions and it'll be installed
