k9copy crashes and seg faults

I am running Mageia 1 and k9copy. When I try to rip a dvd whether I am encoding it or not, I get this most of the time in a KDE window:

Code:
Executable: k9copy PID 17467 Signal: Segmentation fault (11)
I ran this from a terminal to see what output I would get:

Code:
[user@localhost ~]$ k9copy

First of all, if you look towards the beginning, you will see it was doing something with my documents, don't know why, I was not using the Documents folder in my input or output settings.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

I'm not really sure it is the k9copy itself, maybe it is a segfault in a child process.
