jailed account


How to create jailed account in Linux? I give ftp access to my box. So I want limited them to home directory.

Most ftp daemons include this functionality, e.g. by setting chroot_list_enable in vsftpd. I'd suggest checking the documentation of your ftpd and if you can't figure it out posting what ftpd software you're using here.
