j2sdk post-installation problem...

Hi all,

I've just downloaded and installed Java SDK (j2sdk) from the sun website. I used the rpm package and I think it installed fine. However, I need $JAVA_HOME to point to JDK and it still points to JRE.

I'm trying to install openlaszlo:

Code:
--> ./startup.sh
The JAVA_HOME environment variable is not defined correctly
This environment variable is needed to run this program
NB: JAVA_HOME should point to a JDK not a JRE
How do I sort this out? Any tips would be much appreciated.

Chris

You need to edit the .bash_profile file in your home or root directory so
that it sets the JAVA_HOME variable to point at the right location.
