I am experiencing an identical problem.
I believe this has something to do with a missing DLL or some component of Windows that is missing:
Those hexidecimal strings are GUID's refferring to various objects/classes that live inside windows DLL's
I haven't been able to figure out what they mean yet, but I'm working on it:
4590f811-1d3a-11d0-891f-00aa004b2e24 could refer to
'WBEM Locator'
No Idea what that is or where to get it from.
Update: There are a couple of different workarounds posted on WineHQ, but I haven't yet found one for this specific error. It does seem like Your Mileage REALLY REALLY varies with Itunes under wine.

According to
WineHQ this problem occurred with an install attempt under Gentoo Linux.
I am not sure yet how to go about fixing this.. . . . Come to think of it I'll try again with the stock kernel. instead of my RT
