I was trying to configure egroupware TTS to sendmail to users which are located in my email server, those usersnames are not available in the wiki server, wiki server is woking with mysql database and i created the usernames according to the email server. now when i am creating Trouble ticket , i am getting the following error msg.. Jan 11 18:50:43 tikiwiki last message repeated 2 times Jan 11 18:51:27 tikiwiki sendmail[20955]: j0BIpR020955: ruleset=check_rcpt, arg1=<>, relay=tikiwiki.mynet.com [192.168.1.12], reject=553 5.0.0 <>... User address required Jan 11 18:51:27 tikiwiki last message repeated 2 times Jan 11 18:52:03 tikiwiki sendmail[20954]: j0BIohpf020954: from=<>, size=0, class=0, nrcpts=1, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=tikiwiki.mynet.com [192.168.1.12] could anyone help me
