Issues when attempting to restart xinetd

Hello all, I have a issues with xinetd. I just installed it on a system and when I go to start it I get the following error. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. I am running this version of the application. xinetd-2.3.14-130.133.1
Code:
Starting INET services. (xinetd)  failed
This is what I have in my log file
Code:
xinetd[32188]: 32188 {init_services} no services. Exiting...
Here is my xinetd.conf file
Code:
#

        log_on_success  = HOST EXIT DURATION
        log_on_failure  = HOST ATTEMPT

# The specification of an interface is interesting, if we are on a firewall.
# For example, if you only want to provide services from an internal
# network interface, you may specify your internal interfaces IP-Address.

}

In a nutshell xinetd is a daemon that listens for connections on specific ports and that starts that appropriate service. If you have not enabled any services in /etc/xinetd.d then it has nothing to do and will not start. What are you trying to accomplish? What services are you trying to run from xinetd?
