Issues / Questions concerning Firefox 3.0.5 -- restoring a session??

My girlfriend just tripped the circuit breaker when she plugged up a heater... Doh! I was reminded when I rebooted about an issue I have with FF.

When it crashes (not often) the session is never restored. In FF 2.x.x the restore session feature worked flawlessly. In 3.0.5 a single new tab is opened when I choose to restore the session. But the tab remains blank and the session never actually restores.

Anyone having this issue? It's a pain when I have a bunch of tabs open and then lose it all.

Another thing... When I'm scrolling down a webpage, I often use the arrow keys on the keyboard. FF randomly checks the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" open in Preferences.

It does this on its own. VERY annoying.

Ideas?
