is there a simple or easy installer for *.sh files after i unzip *.tar.gz?

is there a simple or easy installer for install.sh files files so i don't half to do it so it installs it self after in unzip *.tar.gz is there as simple program that it can be easyly to be install the files from the compressed file so i don't have to install it my self?

You might want to check out CheckInstall to manage source code installations/uninstallation

yes but i am using suse so can you plzz give information about suse and it stuff for installing?

I have no idea of what software management tool that SuSE uses, sorry.
