If you don't have access to dual-boot windows or you find this method time-consuming, then WINE is your good bet.
But in my opinion, If you have spare hard disk space with plenty of RAM, use virtual windows environment under VirtualBox. This is the best bet. I need to use winxp some times, so I created virtual Windows XP for my work. WINE based IE some times crash, and virtual xp doesn't. This is the fastest solution available to me.
