hello all, i have linux 5.1 installed on my workstation n i want to install openoffice on that so i downloaded OO0_3.0.1_Linuxintel_install_wJRE_en-US.tar.gz file and i untar the file, but i dont know how to install it. plz give me the steps waiting for ur reply.

By Linux 5.1 do you mean Debian Lenny (stable)? If not all the details of the answer may not apply to you.
