installing arch cp command problem

I am almost done with installing arch on my HP mobile work station with virtual box. The problem occurs when I use the cp command.

cp /usr/lib/syslinux/menu.c32'
it comes back with
usr/lib/syslinux/menu.c32' no such file or directory

I tried typing it several different ways, but it always comes back the same error. I am using bash but i don;t think that has anything to do with it. I have googled it and have read some with a similar problem, but there is nothing that has worked so far. If more info is needed just let me know,

That command would never work, as there is no target. The complaint is the single quote on the end. I reckon there is a fair chance that's a copy-paste error. Check the wiki again.
